Sperling Build carried out a complete transformation of this property, turning it into a fully modernised home with extensive renovation throughout. Every room was carefully upgraded to a high standard, addressing all elements of the interior, including furnishing, fittings, and decoration. A brand-new kitchen, bathroom, and updated windows were also installed to enhance the overall living experience.

Additional living space was created with a loft conversion at Montrose Avenue. Sperling Build added both a new bedroom and bathroom, delivering a beautifully crafted finish. With the client’s collaboration, the loft was completed with elegant gold accents.
