PROJECT SUMMARY

Working in partnership with Eco Green, a government-funded organisation focused on improving living standards in properties below UK regulatory requirements, Sperling Build delivered roofline improvement works alongside the renewal of the external render. The upgrades were carried out to enhance the property’s durability, weather protection, and overall appearance.

To ensure full transparency and accuracy, all stages of the works were recorded and verified using the Solcator app, providing clear photographic evidence throughout the project. The completed works contribute to a safer, more efficient, and improved living environment.
