Our Complaints Procedure

At Sperling Build, our goal is to deliver high-quality services and outstanding results for every client. We recognise, however, that there may occasionally be situations where a customer is not entirely satisfied.

Once work is completed, we encourage you to inspect everything thoroughly to ensure it meets our high standards. If any aspect of the project does not meet your expectations, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue quickly and effectively.

We aim to handle complaints fairly, efficiently, and in a timely manner using our internal process. However, if you're not satisfied with the outcome, you have the option to escalate the issue through an independent service.
