This document sets out how Sperling Build will implement, uphold, and maintain full compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety, relevant legislation, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe work systems, healthy environments, and secure working practices as far as reasonably practicable.
• Protect employees in all handling, movement, or storage of tools, materials, and hazardous substances.
• Maintain unrestricted, safe access and exit to all sites under our operational control.
• Offer adequate on-site welfare facilities and ensure a healthy, functional workspace.
• Develop a structured Health & Safety Management System with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Educate all employees about this policy and ensure clarity on their personal H&S duties.
• Display this policy prominently and provide supporting instructions for safe procedures.

All necessary resources, including time, finances, and personnel, will be provided to ensure this policy is properly implemented and consistently enforced.

This statement will be reviewed regularly to ensure it remains suitable, reflects legal updates, and aligns with changes to our operations or internal processes.
