Sperling Build undertook a comprehensive house refurbishment, incorporating the existing garage extension seamlessly into the main living accommodation. The internal layout was enhanced by opening up a partition wall to create a more spacious and flowing living area, while full skimming works were carried out throughout the property to achieve a clean, modern finish.

Bespoke media walls were installed to elevate both functionality and design, followed by a full redecoration to unify the home. The completed refurbishment delivers a cohesive, contemporary living space finished to a high standard.
