Brackenbury – House Refurbishment

PROJECT SUMMARY

Sperling Build completed a complex void refurbishment of a basement apartment on Goldhawk Road, London, bringing the property back into use through a full internal renovation. The project required structural works specific to the basement setting, alongside upgraded insulation, full wall skimming, and the complete renewal of the kitchen and bathroom to meet the UK “Good Homes” standard.

Externally, the overgrown garden was fully transformed into a stunning, usable outdoor space, with new boundary walls constructed using reclaimed bricks from the original structure. The finished apartment now offers high-quality accommodation with both internal and external spaces thoughtfully restored.
