Sandhurst road – Loft Conversion & Renovation

PROJECT SUMMARY

Our project at Sandhurst Road involved a full property refurbishment along with a loft conversion. The conversion featured the addition of an ensuite bathroom connected to the bedroom. Velux windows were installed in the roof, flooding the space with natural light. Flooring, lighting, electrical outlets, and every detail of the loft build were completed to meet the highest standards and current building regulations by Sperling Build.

The home was entirely reimagined into a contemporary and practical space for the owner. A brand-new kitchen, interior updates, flooring, skylight, rear extension, and garden were all expertly delivered and beautifully finished by Sperling Build.
