PROJECT SUMMARY

Our Manor Park Road project involved both a rear extension and a full loft conversion, enabling the client to make better use of their spacious garden and previously unused roof space to accommodate a growing family. This allowed for a complete reconfiguration of the kitchen, where the client opted for a rustic design featuring stained timber floors and expansive French doors that bathe the area in natural light while creating a seamless flow between the indoors and outdoors.

Additionally, the loft conversion added an extra bedroom and bathroom, significantly increasing the property's usable living space. All tiling and sanitary fittings in the new en suite were carefully sourced and selected by Sperling Build in line with the client's preferences, resulting in a stylish, contemporary bathroom with a calm and cozy feel — ideal for relaxing soaks during cold winter nights.
