Chelsea & Westminster – Bathroom and Kitchen Refurbishment

PROJECT SUMMARY

The client entrusted Sperling Build with the task of renovating both their kitchen and first-floor bathroom, granting full creative control within the defined budget.

This included a complete transformation of the upstairs bathroom, where new tiles were laid and all fixtures replaced. The traditional bathtub was removed in favour of a luxurious walk-in shower featuring three separate shower heads, offering an indulgent and modern bathing experience that made the decision to eliminate the bath an easy one.

On the ground floor, we installed a brand-new kitchen, fitting all wall and base units, plinths, and facias. The cabinetry was constructed from solid hardwood and finished in a clean white laminate to brighten the space. To complete the look, a sleek grey granite worktop was added, giving the kitchen a refined and contemporary aesthetic.
