Glentrammon Road Extension

PROJECT SUMMARY

The goal of this renovation was to deliver a rear extension for our client, along with a newly built utility room, upgraded bathroom, and a completely refitted kitchen space.

The homeowner shared that the property felt featureless and lacked warmth, so Sperling Build proposed a custom fireplace to act as both a striking centerpiece and a practical heat source for the new extension. We also designed and built a central island in the kitchen to enhance the cooking experience, and included a well-planned utility area equipped with a washer, dryer, and a walk-in pantry for organised food storage.

For the bathroom upgrade, we used handcrafted local tiles and installed a stylish freestanding bathtub to introduce charm and personality into the space.
