Romford – Out-house Project

PROJECT SUMMARY

This build offered Sperling Build a great chance to highlight our versatility and problem-solving skills when a homeowner came to us looking to expand their living space. Since the client had already maximised their loft and rear extension, the only practical option left was to utilise their rear garden space.

We delivered a beautifully executed structure in the form of a summer house or outbuilding, offering a spacious open-plan environment that could serve as a reception area or a quiet home office. Featuring a bright and breezy interior and constructed from classic brickwork, the building is ideal for year-round use. With fully insulated cavity walls and double-glazed windows, the project met all building regulations and achieved an impressive A-rated energy efficiency. The addition of a separate toilet and storage area gave the client extra versatility and multiple ways to enjoy the new space.

The project gave Sperling Build the platform to showcase our range of expertise—covering everything from electricals and roofing to plumbing and tiling—all carried out to exceptional standards. Even the drainage and foundation work was managed entirely in-house, resulting in a strong, lasting structure. A truly valuable asset right in the heart of London!
