Coulsdon – Rear Extension

PROJECT SUMMARY

Given the unique challenges presented by the existing structure, this build required a thoughtful approach. Working closely with our structural engineering consultant, Sperling Build was able to implement a practical solution that made the extension achievable.

By incorporating heavier steel support beams and digging deeper foundations, we successfully created a stylish new space for a reception room. This area now boasts contemporary design elements, including timber acoustic wall panels, ambient lighting, and a built-in entertainment system. The addition of glossy white marble flooring with underfloor heating keeps the room cozy during colder months and refreshingly cool in summer.
