Halcot Avenue – L-Shaped Ground Floor Extension

PROJECT SUMMARY

This project made use of the garage area on the side of the home and extended into the generous rear garden, all while maintaining the property's off-street parking. The process began by taking down the original garage and digging foundation trenches for the new structure, which elegantly wrapped around the rear and side of the house. The goal was to ensure the new extension seamlessly blended with the original building, appearing as though it had always been there.

The result was a stunning new kitchen and dining area, complete with sleek white marble flooring and inviting earthy tones. This premium space is elevated by the dramatic contrast of dark granite worktops and a striking skylight, which fills the room with natural sunlight throughout the day.
