Cloakhouse – Refurbishment of a 2 Bedroom Flat

PROJECT SUMMARY

For this project, Sperling Build completed a full renovation of a two-bedroom flat, which included fitting a brand-new kitchen and bathroom. The client worked alongside their architect and interior designer to put together a clear plan. This worked well for us as it provided a solid specification to follow, allowing the job to progress smoothly and without delays. As a result, the full refurbishment was completed in just 5 weeks, with the kitchen and bathroom completed in only 5 days.

The entire flat was freshly re-carpeted and repainted in a soft off-white tone, which was enhanced with stylish silver-brown coving that gave the space a refined finish. A newly installed Juliet balcony added extra charm to the living area, offering French doors that could open to the outdoors, improving both airflow and the amount of natural light coming in.
