Horton House - Complex Voids

PROJECT SUMMARY

Sperling Build delivered a complex void refurbishment under Kier, bringing three long-abandoned apartments in Barons Court back into use. The project focused on upgrading the properties to meet the UK council “Good Homes” standard, requiring extensive remedial works and careful coordination throughout.

Each apartment was fully refurbished to ensure compliance, durability, and long-term liveability. The completed homes now provide safe, high-quality accommodation suitable for reoccupation.
