Mitcham Road – Flat Conversion

PROJECT SUMMARY

This project was completed on behalf of the local council, converting a listed property into a block of 5 modern flats, each offering between 2 to 3 bedrooms. Several of these units were designated as affordable housing, following government guidelines to help improve access to homeownership for first-time buyers.

All five flats were fully developed by Sperling Build, working closely with the client’s space optimisation plan to make the best use of the existing structure. This ensured each unit had a smooth layout and made the most of the natural light from the large Edwardian-style windows. The entire interior design was entrusted to our team, allowing Sperling Build to showcase its creativity and deliver stylish, functional living spaces for future residents.
