PROJECT SUMMARY

In Harrow Borough, Sperling Build successfully delivered the construction of a new garden outhouse, overcoming challenging site logistics to create valuable additional living space. Built from the ground up, the project included a new concrete slab, blockwork construction, and a high-quality cladded finish.

The completed outhouse provides an impressive 30m² of versatile living space, fully equipped with electrics, lighting, and heating for year-round use. The surrounding garden was also carefully landscaped, restoring it into a beautiful and welcoming outdoor setting for the client to enjoy.
