Battersea Park Road – Outdoor Space Conversion

PROJECT SUMMARY

Our client came to Sperling Build with the goal of turning their small garden area into a functional space that was also pleasant and enjoyable. Originally, the garden was dark, dull, and uninviting, lacking colour or any visual charm. But now, the once gloomy area has been beautifully redesigned into a warm and lively outdoor spot, perfect for relaxing on summer evenings. The use of coloured cladding, warm-toned benching, and atmospheric lighting has created an inviting setting ideal for small gatherings or family barbecues, enhanced by a newly fitted built-in grill.

The transformation involved removing all of the outdated paving and concrete planters, laying fresh paving stones, fitting weather-resistant cladding complete with integrated lighting and an outdoor heater, constructing custom bench seating with built-in storage, and adding some exterior design touches. To complete the upgrade, the old deteriorated timber doors were replaced with new UPVC French doors, giving the client modern, secure access to their refreshed outdoor space.
