Lewisham – Flat Refurbishment

PROJECT SUMMARY

This apartment in Lewisham was initially in a poor condition and needed a complete transformation, so Sperling Build collaborated closely with the client from the early planning phase through to final delivery to bring their vision of a perfect home to life.

Each material was thoughtfully selected to give the flat a refreshing look, using warm wood-effect flooring alongside vivid blues and copper accents to add depth and personality. The project involved stripping out old carpets, fittings, and fixtures and replacing them with high-end choices, including marble countertops in the kitchen and striking tilework in the bathrooms. Every room — bedrooms, living area, and bathrooms — was fully redecorated and left in a pristine state for the client to complete with final details.

The expertise and craftsmanship of the Sperling Build team were clearly demonstrated in this renovation, providing the client with a beautifully renewed home completed in just a few weeks and strictly within budget. Despite the financial limitations, smart planning and strong collaboration with the client made it possible to meet all goals and deliver a stunning result.
