Hackney Refurbishment

PROJECT SUMMARY

This project involved the complete renovation of a duplex flat in Hackney. The former council property provided a great foundation for Sperling Build’s design plans, featuring generous space, sturdy structure, and large windows that made it a rewarding property to transform.

The renovation included removing all existing flooring, doors, and kitchen units, followed by redecorating the walls and ceilings with fresh modern paint. The flat’s updated design highlights natural light, especially in the living room where a striking cathedral-style window floods the space with brightness. Both bedrooms and the bathroom were fully upgraded with new tiling, carpeting, lighting, and radiators.

We installed beautiful hardwood floors throughout the living and mezzanine levels, bringing extra warmth and charm to the home.

This project was a success from start to finish, and with strong client collaboration, Sperling Build was proud to deliver excellent quality and lasting value at a great cost.
