The project included the full upgrade of kitchens and bathrooms, new carpeting, plastering, and complete redecoration throughout, creating a cohesive and elegant living environment. Original character was carefully complemented by high-quality contemporary finishes, enhancing both charm and comfort.

The communal staircase was also refurbished to a crisp, refined standard, setting the tone for the property from first arrival.
