Bushwood Garden Extension

PROJECT SUMMARY

For this project, the client wanted to fully utilize the available garden area by extending their ground floor to the rear and side of the property. Sperling Build delivered a stunning L-shaped single-storey extension that transformed the living space.

The extension provided a spacious layout for a brand-new kitchen, complete with custom handmade cabinetry built by our skilled joinery experts. The addition of four large skylights allows natural daylight to pour into the area, creating a bright, inviting atmosphere perfect for family life.

We also handled the full installation of appliances and essential infrastructure, along with a stylish new downstairs bathroom. This included fresh tiling, modern flooring, and updated toilet fittings. The new side extension also made room for a practical utility space and made the bathroom addition possible.
